One household and an agreed monthly schedule. The 60-minute allowance covers all remote check-in, planning, coordination and family-update time combined. The $300 level adds one two-hour visit; the $500 level adds four one-hour visits per calendar month. The two visit levels are alternatives, not cumulative. Local travel for included visits is covered within the confirmed service area.
All levels exclude the initial Home & Independence Review, handyman work, lawn and snow charges, materials, purchases, skilled trades, clinical assessments and renovations. Four visits means four per calendar month, not weekly visits throughout the year. The three-hour minimum applies to separately booked hourly support, not to included membership visits. Extra work requires your approval.
Month to month: no annual commitment. Cancel or change your plan before the next billing period using the contact method in your agreement. Unused monthly time does not roll over. If StayGuided cannot deliver agreed membership support or an included visit, we agree a replacement time or a credit. Rescheduling and any cancellation charges are disclosed before you sign.

Getting-started call
Talk through what you need and whether StayGuided is a suitable fit. No home assessment or written plan is included.
Up to 90 minutes at home, a written Now / Next / Later plan and a 20-minute follow-up call. Larger or complex homes receive a separate quote. A practical review, not a clinical, structural or code-compliance inspection.
Agreed light household tasks, organizing or everyday assistance. Materials, purchases, skilled repairs and third-party work are extra. Additional time is agreed and billed in 15-minute increments.
An agreed list of minor repairs, adjustments or assembly tasks. Materials, specialist work and regulated trades are excluded. Any additional time or work is quoted and approved before proceeding.
A scheduled non-clinical visit, practical observations and a short update to an authorized contact. Includes local travel in the confirmed service area. No personal care or continuous monitoring.
For one defined improvement: up to three hours of consultation and research, a concise draft scope, budget allowances and funding next steps. Professional drawings, applications and specialist assessments are separately quoted.
Quote comparisons, scheduling, agreed change records and follow-up. We agree a spending cap before starting; additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Contractor invoices and site travel are separately identified in the quote.
Up to 60 minutes of combined consultation, research and a short written summary on one question. Larger searches are quoted first. Funding approval and tax savings are never guaranteed.
All StayGuided guide prices are CAD before applicable tax. Local travel is included for the home review, practical support and wellbeing visits within the agreed service area. Any parking or additional travel charge is quoted before booking.
Your home, through every season
Plan for lawn & snow care.
Lawn mowing is $85 per cut for an agreed standard lawn. Snow, walkways and cleanup show planning allowances; we confirm a property-specific quote.
Lawn mowing & trimming
$85
per cut · StayGuided price
Mowing, trimming and blowing for an agreed standard residential lawn. We confirm property size, access and scope before booking; larger or overgrown lawns are quoted separately. At $85 per cut, 26 cuts total $2,210 before tax.
For a standard residential driveway. The provider’s season dates, snowfall trigger, accumulation cap and city-plow return visits must be written into the quote. More frequent clearing can cost substantially more.
For separately quoted third-party work, you pay approved contractor invoices directly. StayGuided lawn mowing is $85 per cut for the agreed scope. Member coordination uses the included 60-minute monthly allowance. Additional coordination is $95/hour, agreed first and billed in 15-minute increments; non-members have a one-hour minimum. There is no automatic percentage markup on contractor invoices.
Skilled repairs, grab bars, handrails, accessible bathrooms and other adaptations require a separate scope and quote from an appropriately qualified provider. They are not included in practical support hours or the $150 handyman visit.
Before you decide
Good questions. Clear answers.
We agree the details before any paid service begins.
Are these confirmed bookings or online subscriptions?
No. These are introductory guide prices for planning and requesting a written quote. Sending a request does not reserve a visit, start a membership or take a payment. Scope, service capacity, dates and terms must be confirmed.
Do I need to pay for a home review first?
No review is required just to ask about support. For a complex home, access concern or retrofit, we may recommend the $249 Home & Independence Review or a separately quoted specialist assessment. We explain that before booking.
Why does a short visit cost more per hour?
A one-time visit includes travel and a short follow-up record. Practical home support is $75/hour with a three-hour minimum ($225). A handyman visit is $150 for up to two hours. The $95 wellbeing visit covers a scheduled non-clinical check-in of up to one hour. These services have different scopes. The $150 membership covers remote coordination and written priorities. The $300 membership includes one two-hour visit and the $500 membership includes four one-hour visits per calendar month. Handyman work and lawn care are separate.
Can a family member arrange or pay for support?
Yes, with the homeowner’s consent and clearly agreed decision-making, billing and update permissions. Paying for a service does not automatically authorize access to private information.
Is medical or personal care included?
No. StayGuided provides practical home planning, coordination and non-clinical support. Nursing, personal care, occupational therapy and emergency response require appropriate providers. A scheduled check-in is not continuous monitoring.
Is funding available for these fees?
Do not assume a membership or service fee is covered by a grant or tax credit. Eligibility, eligible costs and prior approval depend on the program and your situation. Check the official funding resources.
How were the seasonal allowances developed?
We reviewed publicly advertised local rates on October 22, 2026. Providers differ in area, tax treatment, minimum visits and scope. Snow and cleanup allowances help you budget; they are not a market-wide average or a guarantee. The $85 lawn-cut price is StayGuided’s chosen rate, not a claim about the market average.
StayGuided’s membership and descriptions were developed for our service model. Referenced providers are independent and are not represented as StayGuided partners.
