Clarity before commitment

Service & booking terms

Updated October 22, 2026. This website describes StayGuided services and introductory guide prices. A written service agreement, confirmed fees and availability are required before paid client delivery.

Requests and scheduling

Sending a request records your inquiry. It does not confirm an appointment, promise a response time or obligate you to pay. Scheduling, location, scope and service provider must be confirmed separately.

Service boundaries

StayGuided is not a medical or home-care provider. We do not provide medical advice, nursing, personal care or emergency monitoring. Our services cover practical home planning, upkeep coordination and agreed non-clinical assistance.

The Home & Independence Review is a practical assessment of everyday access and visible home conditions. It is not a clinical or occupational therapy assessment, structural report, engineering opinion, code certification or specialist system inspection. Required specialist work is separately scoped.

Wellbeing Concierge is non-clinical. It is not nursing, personal care, emergency response or continuous monitoring. Agree visit frequency, authorized contacts, concern escalation and missed-visit handling in writing. Call 911 for an emergency.

Funding and contractors

StayGuided is independent of government funding programs. Funders determine eligibility and supported work. Funding and tax savings are not guaranteed. Obtain required approvals before beginning work. We contact trades as needed and coordinate and help supervise agreed work, schedules and progress. This is practical progress oversight, not technical inspection, engineering or certification. Qualified trades retain their technical responsibilities. Contractor agreements must identify responsibilities, payments, permits, changes, warranty and workmanship obligations.

Guide prices and monthly plans

The pricing page explains introductory CAD prices before applicable tax, included time, minimum visits and exclusions. Seasonal allowances are budgeting estimates, not fixed contractor offers. A written quote confirms service area, travel, scope, taxes and the final price. Extra time and purchases require prior approval.

The introductory membership starts at $150.00 per month, covers one household and is month to month without an annual commitment. Request cancellation or a plan change before the next billing period through the contact method in your agreement. Unused monthly time does not roll over. The $300 level adds one two-hour visit and the $500 level adds four one-hour visits per calendar month; these levels are alternatives, not cumulative. Included visits are exempt from the three-hour minimum for separately booked hourly support. Handyman work and lawn care remain separate. If StayGuided cannot provide agreed membership support or an included visit, a replacement time or credit will be agreed. Rescheduling terms and any cancellation charges are disclosed before agreement.

Payment and recurring plans

Online checkout is available only after a service and its price have been enabled. Review the CAD amount, applicable tax treatment and any recurring billing frequency in checkout. Agree the scope and terms before paying. A payment does not itself confirm a visit.

No automatic recurring charge should begin without explicit agreement. Cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms must be provided in the service agreement before paid onboarding. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. The website does not override statutory cancellation rights.

Information and technology

The guide helps explain services. It cannot make clinical, legal, tax or funding decisions, or authorize a contractor. AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect. Check important decisions with the appropriate person or official program.

Launch conditions

Business identity, contact details, insurance, delivery capacity, partner qualifications, final service quotes, privacy procedures and service agreements remain to be finalized before public paid launch.
