What would make
home work better?

A few simple choices help you explore the right service. No personal details needed.

Your suggested first step
Home & Independence Review
  • See what your home needs, before deciding what to change.
  • Begin with the changes that matter most, and plan the rest in stages.
  • Keep your priorities and choices at the centre of the plan.

A service suggestion, not a clinical assessment.

Understand your options

Funding can be complicated.
Your next step shouldn’t be.

We help organize the questions, documents and contacts. Public programs decide who qualifies and which work they support.

Good questions, clear answers

A little more
peace of mind.

There’s no perfect time to have every answer. Here are a few to help you start.

Are you a medical or home-care provider?

No. StayGuided helps with practical home planning, upkeep and trade coordination. We contact trades as needed and help supervise agreed work and progress. We do not provide nursing, personal care, medical advice or emergency monitoring. Qualified trades remain responsible for technical work.

Where should I start?

A Home & Independence Review gives you a practical first step. We look at how the home works for you, identify visible concerns and organize what to address now, next and later. Specialist assessment is arranged when needed.

Is StayGuided funded by Ontario?

StayGuided is an independent service. We help you understand programs you may be eligible to apply for. The funder decides eligibility and approval. Our fees and proposed work are separate from any funding decision.

Can family help manage the process?

Yes, with the resident’s consent. Agree who makes decisions, who pays and which updates may be shared. We keep the homeowner’s priorities at the centre of the plan.

Do wellbeing check-ins include medical care?

No. The concierge is non-clinical: companionship, practical observations and coordination. Nursing, personal care and medical advice require appropriate providers. A check-in is not an emergency monitoring service.

How do booking and payments work?

Start with a service request. Scope, availability, price and terms are confirmed before any payment. When enabled, approved services use secure hosted checkout; recurring plans require explicit agreement. Sending a request does not book a visit or create a charge.

Is the owl guide an AI assistant?

The service guide answers common questions from StayGuided’s service information. When a connected AI service is available, it identifies AI answers. Do not share health records or funding documents in chat. A person should review decisions about care, safety, funding and project scope.
